1. Introduction and Acceptance

Wagering Requirements

5. Prohibited Activities

Users of pjok3 are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the platform:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through pjok3 accounts.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from registering future accounts with pjok3. pjok3 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on the pjok3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of pjok3 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pjok3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reselling, or creation of derivative works without the prior written consent of pjok3 is strictly forbidden.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is identified on your account.
• You have provided false information or documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any wagering activity.
